Lucky Usher had a rather presidential birthday surprise this year.

President Barack Obama and the wife Michelle Obama sang him Happy Birthday at the White House no less.
We’re not sure who is cooler in this scenario.

Usher was visiting the presidential residence to perform for the couple, when he was surprised with a cupcake and a song from the Obamas and some of their staff. Complete with harmonies!



The stunned singer turns to the camera and says: ‘Are you getting this?’
After he blows out the candle POTUS shakes his hand and quips: ‘That’s a good cupcake too!’

Putting the amazing moment up on Facebook, he wrote: ‘So this really happened the other night…The President and First Lady sang me Happy Birthday at The White House & I got to perform for them.

‘I couldn’t be more grateful for this moment and all of the birthday wishes from everyone. THANK YOU!!!!!’
And he tagged himself at The White House, of course.
