LET THEM TALK!

  1. ...as long as your integrity is not jeopardized & you stick to your standards and do not compromise...
Let them talk!

Isn't it funny how the unwise can't get past stereotypes?
Let them talk!

Hasty generalizations are made like the lazy analytical theorists who created the Contrastive analysis in Phonetics...
Let them talk!

Life is all about choices they say.
You were born poor and had to hawk all through your adolescent life. Struggled through School, then managed to secure an almost useful job.
Chris Gardner, Oprah Winfred and Michael Oher had worse life experiences than you. Yet they are one of the World's richest millionaires, but you live in abject poverty!
Some say it's not your fault, Others say you have no excuse.
Who are they to judge! You say.
Let them talk!

You went to school, He went to school.
You studied hard, He played & only prepared for Tests.
You were honest, He cheated.
You are graduating as a second class student, He's first class.
His Spoken English is Impeccable, Yours is average.
Your parents are grumbling, His are celebrating, Your community is talking!
Let them talk!

You guard your virginity with your life, wearing long gowns, conforming to moral codes.
She frolicked with ten boyfriends, having no memory of what virginity ever felt like.
She's married to the Managing Director of Shell and has hosted three naming ceremonies.
You have honored fifteen weddings, standing beside best men who are either too irresponsible or have no interest in you.
"What is your problem?" the family asks.
"You will fade waiting there for God's will." friends say.
Let them talk!

As long as it's an expression of my mind and i consider it a work of art...
I'll let them talk!

Even if i don't care,
and you do, or don't,
it's a free world for those who talk more and do less.
Not that motivational speaking should now be regarded as a crime, but just...
